Woman in her 30s found dead on NYC sidewalk in possible slay case

The body of the victim was discovered around 7:45 a.m. Sunday at Broome and Columbia streets, steps from Luther Gulick Park in Manhattan and near the Williamsburg Bridge, authorities and law-enforcement sources said.
