Woman, 44, struck by apparent stray bullet when Citi Bike-riding teens open fire in NYC

The woman was shot in the arm when the gun-toting pair – believed to be between 16 and 18 years old – opened fire around 6:40 p.m. Sept. 9 at East 188th Street and Webster Avenue in Fordham in The Bronx, police said.
