Two teen boys killed, 5 wounded in mass shooting in downtown Indianapolis

“What I’ve seen downtown over the last few weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Lawlessness, disrespect, and reckless behavior of people of all ages. It’s nothing we should expect,” IMPD Chief Chris Bailey said.
