Hairy situation: career ‘thief’ steals $30K in wigs from Brooklyn shop that helps cancer patients

A Brooklyn shop that makes wigs — some of them for cancer patients — was burlarized by a career-criminal who served nearly 20 years in prison and has nearly 60 prior arrests on his rap sheet, police sources said.
