Partial skeletal remains, including human skull, found near NYC strip mall: cops

A skull, hip bone and leg bone were found at 134-01 20th Avenue in College Point, near a sprawling parking lot lined with popular stores like ShopRite, Target, HomeGoods and TJ Maxx.
