NYC man facing murder charges for allegedlly stabbing mother-in-law, teen in drunken rampage: cops

Weisheng Chen, 27, is facing murder, weapons possession, arson and assault charges for allegedly launching the fatal attack on his in-laws at their shared Queens home this week, cops said.
