NJ cop recorded surveillance video of female arrestee in sex act, shared clip on Snapchat: prosecutors

A New Jersey cop allegedly recorded surveillance footage of a female arrestee performing a sex act in a jail cell on his phone and then shared the X-rated clip over Snapchat, prosecutors said Monday.
