Californians demand answers about missing infant Emmanuel Haro after parents are arrested for his murder

A somber crowd held a candlelight vigil Friday outside of the California home of 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro – where the baby’s parents were arrested on suspicion of his murder just hours earlier.
