On Tuesday evening, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke at the National Caucus Holiday Party in Ottawa, amid calls to resign after his top minister abruptly quit and criticized his handling of the budget.
Luigi Mangione has now been charged with 11 counts in New York, for the killing of former United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
Mangione was indicted on 11 counts, including first-degree murder and murder as a crime of terrorism.
