Anti-ICE protesters arrested — hit with tear gas, pepper balls — during clash with federal agents outside Chicago facility

Federal agents deployed tear gas and pepper balls Friday to disburse an unruly mob of anti-ICE protesters attempting to blockade an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility outside Chicago.
