Hurricane Gabrielle forms in Atlantic as Tropical Storm Narda emerges off Pacific coast

Hurricane Gabrielle formed Sunday in the open Atlantic southeast of Bermuda, while Tropical Storm Narda emerged well off southern Mexico’s Pacific coast.
