Driver fatally mows down 16-year-old girl on Queens sidewalk after verbal spat

A 16-year-old girl is dead after being run over on a Queens sidewalk by an SUV Saturday morning, shortly after the driver had gotten into a heated argument with the teen, police and sources said.
