Who won the first NYC Democratic mayoral primary debate?

Ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo won the Democratic mayoral primary debate Wednesday night because his opponents’ attacks did more to elevate him than drag him down, a Post panel of veteran campaign strategists said.
