A ball of fire burned furiously on top of a building in Iraq’s Erbil moments after a reported attack, eyewitness footage shot from a moving vehicle on a road below, and released on Wednesday (March 25) showed. Another video showed people standing around debris strewn on the ground at the foot of the building, while the fire rages on at the top.
