Ukraine to begin peace plan talks with US in Switzerland in coming days

Ukraine’s Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council announced on Saturday that Ukraine will begin talks with the US in Switzerland in the coming days on the proposed 28-point peace plan and its terms.
