Fugitive Tren de Aragua gang leader plunges off balcony to his death while trying to flee cops

Ender Alexis Rojas Montan, a 31-year-old of leader of Tren de Aragua’s Alayon Dynasty branch, plummeted a staggering eight floors and appeared to die on impact, police body camera footage shows.
