In Kiama, Labor increased its primary vote – a feat itself in a byelection – and looks set to achieve an almost 6% swing on a two-party preferred basis. Labor’s Katelin McInerney is on track for a thumping 60% to 40% 2PP victory over the Liberal candidate Serena Copley.
