What are some major achievements or accolades that you’ve accumulated?
In 2013, I was honored as a National Bestselling Author by Amazon when my first book reached the #1 bestseller list within 24 hours of its release. Since then, I’ve gone on to publish a total of thirteen books, many of which became bestsellers. Beyond writing, I’ve spent more than 13 years as a Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach, helping clients heal, transform, and achieve holistic success. I also host the Woman Heal podcast and continue to advance my education, currently pursuing a BS in Psychology with an acceleration into the master’s program, while maintaining a 4.0 GPA. For me, the true accolade is seeing the lives of those I work with restored and thriving.
How do you use your platform as an influencer to spread what’s good to the world?
I use my platform to remind people that healing, wholeness, and purpose are possible no matter what they’ve been through. Through my books, coaching programs, and the Woman Heal podcast, I create safe and empowering spaces where people can release pain, build confidence, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I share practical tools, personal stories, and trauma-informed strategies that spark transformation, not just inspiration. For me, influence isn’t about visibility alone; it’s about responsibility. I’m intentional about using my voice, my story, and my expertise to uplift others, break stigmas around mental health and healing, and spread hope that leads to real change in people’s lives.
What are some projects that you are currently working on or promoting?
Right now, I’m really excited about building and growing the Healing Conversations Community (HCC). It’s a safe, supportive space I created for people who are ready to prioritize their healing journey while connecting with others who are on a similar path. In HCC, we talk openly about life transitions, relationships, inner child healing, and strategies for thriving mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My goal is to provide not just inspiration, but practical tools and conversations that lead to lasting transformation. This community is about breaking isolation, restoring hope, and reminding people that they don’t have to walk through life’s challenges alone.
Who do you have to credit for your success?
I truly believe that for every season of my life, God has provided exactly what I needed to keep moving forward. My journey has been filled with divine connections, mentors, and opportunities that came right on time, and I don’t take that for granted. I also have to credit my spouse, who not only believes in me but also supports my most outrageous ideas and brings balance and stability to the sometimes-unpredictable world of entrepreneurship. His love and encouragement fuel me to keep showing up, creating, and serving at a higher level.
What is your ultimate goal in your career/life?
My ultimate goal in life and in my career is to help families heal worldwide by curating safe spaces where individuals feel truly heard and understood. I believe healing begins with listening and with being willing to see beyond right versus wrong into deeper understanding. Through my work, I aim to provide insight and perspective that helps people navigate life and relationships in healthier ways that invite more love, joy, peace, and unity into our homes, communities, and ultimately, the world.
As I continue this journey, my deepest desire is to remind you that healing is possible, wholeness is attainable, and your story is not over. No matter where you’ve been or what you’ve endured, you carry within you the power to rise, rebuild, and thrive. My mission is simply to walk alongside you, offering tools, strategies, and a safe space for transformation, because when one of us heals, we all heal. Together, we can create a world filled with more love, understanding, and unity, one heart at a time.
