The US Senate narrowly passed President Donald Trump’s agenda bill Tuesday, after a weekend of negotations and a marathon voting session on amendments.
In proceedings brought against the local authority, Paschal Farrell said that he, along with other siblings, were not made aware of his sister’s application for exhumation of his father’s remains to the council.
The lawsuit claims that a new immigrant detention facility is being rushed forward by Republicans on ecologically sensitive and nationally protected lands, without standard environmental reviews.
